TODAY: Registration is open

 

Sept. 10th - Packet Pick up, Bike drop off, Transition set-up and Race Briefings
Packet Pick-up at the Loews Lake Las Vegas Hotel, outside in the Lamenza tent next to transition. Pre-registration is required.

• 4:00pm: Packet Pick up opens at the Loews Lake Las Vegas
• 5:00pm: Pre Race Briefing in the Transition Area @ the Loews Hotel
• 6:00pm: Pre Race Briefing in the Transition Area @ the Loews Hotel
• 7:00pm: Pre Race Briefing in the Transition Area @ the Loews Hotel and Packet Pick up ends.

All Athletes may set up transition or at least drop their bike off in transition on Friday night. The transition area will be guarded by a proffessional security company throughout the night.

 

Sept 11th: RACE DAY

• 5:00am : Transition area open for set-up
• 6:15am : Swim course open for Warm-up
• 6:30am: Intermediate Swim start, 1st Wave
• 6:33am: Intermediate Swim start, 2nd Wave
• 7:00am : Swim are open for Sprint warm up.
• 7:30am : Sprint Distance race begins (wave start times to be determined.)
• 9:30am : Sprint Distance Awards Ceremony - At the Finish Area in the Montelago Village
• 10:30 (will be dictated by the # of athetes finished) : Intermediate Distance Awards Ceremony- At the Finish Area in the Montelago Village
