| USAT REQUIREMENTS For all of Sunset Racings events you must be a USAT member or pay the one day licensing fee. The fees for 2008 are: Annual: $39.00 One Day:$10.00 You may click on the USAT logo to register or purchase one on site. You must show your USAT Card and picture ID at packet pick up or pay the one day fee. NO EXCEPTIONS We will record your USAT number at packet pick up. |

EVENTS: There are no rain
dates. If we can create a safe
race course we go rain or shine. In
case of inclement weather, water
quality concerns, management
reserves the right to alter/modify
or if needed cancel the race/course
for safety concerns. In the case of
a "Natural Disaster"/Local
Incident/Terrorist Act, there will
be No Refunds of race entry fees.
Each athlete must accept any
such risk of their entry fee paid.
Sunset Racing has developed the
very first race entry exchange
program working with other
certified race directors. Select
Race Directors have allocated
race slots for those traveling to an
event and the event has been
cancelled. We will publish a list
of collaborating events here
shortly. All monies collected are
used to develop and produce the
event, including all race supplies,
staffing, and administration. We
pledge to make every effort to
produce a fair, safe and exciting
event for all. Any decision we
make to go forth with the race is
based on the overall event safety
