Transition Area: You will leave your bike in the transition area on Friday, April 11th at the Mandatory Bike Check-in, but no other gear
will be allowed at this time. Security personnel will monitor the transition area overnight.

On race day, the transition area will be open to competitors from 5am - 6:30am regardless of your race/wave start time. At this time, you will
leave your transition gear in the area (your biking and running gear- shorts, shirt, shoes, socks, run/race number, hydration, etc.) Please
note-- no bulky gear should be brought to the transition area as space is limited (for example- no milk crates, buckets, bulky duffel bags, etc.)

Mandatory Packet Pick-up will take place at the Loews Hotel at Lake Las Vegas Resort on Thursday, April 10th from 4pm-8pm and
on Friday, April 11th from 10am-10pm. All athletes must register IN PERSON on Thursday or Friday. There will be no race day packet
pick-up for this event.

At packet pick-up you must show your USAT membership card or purchase a one-day USAT membership ($10), and you will receive your
timing chip, race number, swim cap, course information, t-shirt, and goody bag.

Mandatory Bike Check-in will be open on Friday, April 11th from 10am-10pm at the Loews Hotel at Lake Las Vegas Resort. All
athletes must check their bike IN PERSON on Friday. There will be no bike check-in on race day. (At bike check-in, a volunteer will walk
you and your bike to your assigned bike rack for the race, and will walk you through the flow of the transition area. You will leave your bike
overnight in the secure transition area. No gear bags/backpacks/buckets or other race gear may be left in the area at this time.)

USAT REQUIREMENTS

For all of Sunset Racings events you must be a USAT member or pay the one day licensing fee.
Annual: $39.00
One Day:$10.00

You may click on the USAT logo to register for annual membership, or purchase annual or one-day
membership on site.

You must show your USAT Card and picture ID at packet pick up or pay the one-day fee. NO
EXCEPTIONS. If you do not have a USAT card or proof of membership with you, you will be required to
purchase a one-day membership on site.

Iron Girl Cafe: The Iron Girl Cafe will be open from 1pm - 4pm at the Loews' La Menzeh Pavillion. There will be refreshments
provided free to all competitors; non-competitors will be charged a small fee for refreshments. Iron Girl race photos will be on display and
available for purchase during this time. Race results will be posted here, and the awards ceremony will be held at 3pm. Awards will be given
for top 3 overall finishers and top 3 finishers in each age group. In addition, awards will be given for fastest mother/daughter combined time
and fastest sisters combined time. The Iron Girl Cafe food service is for Athletes only.
